How it Works
K-Rigg Pressure Smoker Grill Chamber
The inner chamber is designed to cook around 10 psi which decreases the time it takes to smoke and grill food. For example, baby back ribs take about 30 minutes to cook in the K-Rigg compared to 4+ hours in a traditional smoker.
Propane Burner
A high volume gas burner that heats the pressure chamber allows the smoker to be ready to use in 15 minutes. Simply add a couple wood chips to the bottom of the Inner pressure chamber for your desired smoke level.
Propane Pressure Generator Engine
The pressure generator engine is used to pressure the inner chamber when ready to cook via an available electric start. The engine raises the internal pressure chamber to cooking pressure in seconds. Food based engine lubricants are used. Turn off the pressure switch and the K-Rigg safely depressurizes in seconds.
Brilliantly Built
Welded thick steel is used throughout the construction of the K-Rigg as well as high temperature paint and aluminum drip pans and stand.
